Erna, co-owner of Ramen Momo, is a kimchi fanatic. She enrolled herself in the culinary school of Seoul to master Korean food and culture but specially Kimchi. Being available in the summertime in Iceland, Nappa cabbage makes our Kimchi quite unique.
